Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

We hope you’re hungry! Today we have a delicious protein shake recipe that is great for the whole family.




Ingredients
·         3/4 cup water
·         1 cup ice
·         1 cup frozen raspberries
·         1-2 scoops of Cytosport Muscle Milk Protein Powder –Raspberry Cheesecake depending on your desired  protein needs.
·         2 tbsp. ground flax


Directions

Measure all ingredients in a blender and mix until you reach your desired consistency. Drink immediately. Enjoy!
