Protein Packed Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Blueberries
Happy Thursday everyone! Sorry we missed yesterdays post, so let's get right into it! Today we're going to make, as you guessed from the title, Protein packed overnight oats!
For this you'll need:
- ½ c rolled oats
- ½ c water
- ½ c coconut milk
- 1 scoop of your favorite Vanilla Protein powder. We used BSNSyntha-6 isolate Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flax seed meal. We used Barlean's Oranic Chia Seeds
- 1/2 c fresh or frozen blueberries
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or a bowl covered with plastic. Leave to soak for 3+ hours, ideally overnight, in the fridge. In the morning just heat up or eat cold. This oatmeal has a whopping 31g of protein! That will vary on your protein powder that you use. Enjoy!
